Lost loggin info when cleaning my registry

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a little problem I've developed myself!! I recently ran CCleaner on my wifes computer and subsequenty have deleted some of her loggin info for some sites she was one. Because her computer would autofill in any usernames and passwords etc, after I cleaned the reg she can't get logged on. I went to the backup registry and done the whole "merge" thing but didn't make any difference.

Can anyone let me know how to get this info back

Thanks

P.s. also I keep getting a constant error message of "TFncKy has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." again i've ran mulitple cleaning tools but can't seem to rectify this problem so again all help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forums !!!

You have two problems to clear up. The second problem is unfortunately bad news.

1. Use the links at the end of this post to help you decide what to do about "Autocomplete Form History " , "Cookies" and "Flash Cookies" and CCleaner itself.

2. From what you describe, you may have malware or the remnants of it on your computer. You need Expert help.

Go to this link immediately and follow its instructions. Do not do any more cleaning or installing until you get your PC cleaned of malware and verified by our experts.

Do step 2 FIRST. It is that important to your security.

Good luck,

:) davey
