Talldog9 Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 I'm not sure how vista does it but in xp under Device Manager you can open the wireless card's properties. There is a tab called Advanced which usually contains at least 1 power option. 'Power Output' and 'Power Save Mode' are 2 on mine. Be sure they are adjusted to give the most power. 'Roaming Decision' should be set to 'Optimize Distance', if available. The internet - Where men are men, women are men and children are FBI agents.
