Moderators Andavari Posted September 24, 2008 Moderators Share Posted September 24, 2008 Thank you for posting this info, I was wondering if there'd be a 2.0.0.17. The 2.0.0.17 download from Mozilla is at dial-up speeds, so here's the fast FileHippo mirror: http://www.filehippo.com/download_firefox/4690/
JDPower
Thank you for posting this info, I was wondering if there'd be a 2.0.0.17. No probs, still using FF2 myself. Would be interested to see how 3.0.2 is performing for people bug and speed wise as it seems to have been quite a while for this update from FF3.0.1 to come (and I intended to wait until at least two updates to FF3 had been released before even considering it)
Corona
I still have FF.16 on my sis's PC., 3.0.1 on my PC. 3.0.1 is okay but a drag to start, prolly because I have All In One Sidebar and Tab Mix Plus installed in it. Those old regulars used to be numero uno in FF extensions. Now they're like wild animals roaming the interwebs. I guess they dinna wanna bend over backwards to kiss the ring. papajoe
I just downloaded FF 3.0.2 and it isn't any faster than the previous version. Although FF is the one I like best, probably because of all of the available toys, I have been using Chrome the most lately. Although it doesn't have any of the add-ons, it is much, much faster than FF.
Corona
Chrome? I'd rather fire up Opera than that slut of a browser.
