Take this or leave it, up to you. One thing I do to speed up defrag time, is turn off system restore. Sys restore can use up to 10-15% of your HD. If you are POSITIVE your computer is just fine, turn sys restore off, defrag, then turn sys restore back on and create a restore point. Works for me and saves a ton of defrag time, and gets rid of Gb's of old restore files.
