Moderators DennisD Posted July 14, 2008 Moderators Share Posted July 14, 2008 Hi Michael, and welcome to the forum. It is normal for the indicator bar to remain on full on completion of cleaning. No worries there. The two files you mention are flash cookies and will have been placed there by at least one of the sites you visit. This is normal, and these cookies can contain logon/settings details for web sites. They can also be deposited by Yahoo and Google for example. Each time you visit that particular site they will appear again. You can right click these files and open them in notepad, and you can usually then see where they came from. If they aren't anything you need to keep, then make sure the "Applications/Macromedia" box is checked in CCleaner, and they'll be removed when you run CCleaner. If this doesn't solve your problem, post back.
