From Bold Fortune's slimming XP guide with system file protection needing to be disabled to delete the xerox folder residing in C:\Program Files.

C:\Program Files\xerox

I delete the xerox folder and its contents.

The xerox folder contains files used by Xerox applications. By default this folder is empty.
