Hi guys, and welcome to Piriform.

CCleaner doesn't generate an automatic log file as of yet. I say as of yet as it has been asked for before, so you never know.

You could of course after scanning or running CCleaner, simply right click in an empty part of the "Analyze\Run CCleaner" window and select "save to text file..." which will give you a list of everything removed, or to be removed.
