kookykrazee
Okay title says it all. In Vista I have had the OS on the drive 1 or 2 and had XP on drive 1. In basic form in XP I can analyze and work on defragging any of my 3 physical drives no problems, but in Vista the C Drive no matter what only analyzes up to 19% then sits there for up to 2 hours (longest I let it sit there while I ran an errand) before I have to kill it via task manager. I would imagine if there was a file limitiation or such, but my C and D drives both have about 85-90k files and my E drive has about 50k files, yet the D & E drives are working fine. Any ideas anyone?
Guest MrRon
Can you run Defraggler in debug mode and post the log here. Thanks MrRon
