dude09 Posted July 16, 2007 Share Posted July 16, 2007 Please add a "Disable Entry" option in Startup Entries, because sometime we want to just "Disable" the Startup Entry and not "Completely" delete it. (for testing purposes - so that we can restore it if something goes wrong!) Also if possible, please make a short-cut that allow us to "Edit Startup Entry" with right-click context menu in Startup window inside CCleaner. Example: Some startup program always display the "Splash-screen" & Music during the system startup; and I would like to edit the registry to disable it without going through all the hassle finding the registry. Just use the included msconfig tool that is in built into Windows for temporary disabling (of course you can still use CCleaner for permanent removal of startups): Start -> Run -> Type in: msconfig Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
