I run the program and the none of the zone alarm logs are being delted. The targeted file location seems to be the right one. Can someone please give me insight as to what the problem may be?

I think someone posted awhile back on here about ZoneAlarm being changed to lock it's logs, etc., from cleaning programs like CCleaner - although I'm not certain and since I don't use ZoneAlarm I can't confirm it.
C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\ZALog.txt is the file...it is listed correctly but still can not be erased.
Any ideas?

The files are indeed locked while ZoneAlarm is running, and therefore cannot be deleted.
Circumvention:
shut ZoneAlarm down when running CCleaner.
Permanent fix:
the ZA logs should be treated the same way as IE's index.dat files - delete them during the next reboot.
