I have no idea if there's differences or even if there's a different IE and FF version, this is the one I downloaded.
Several of the Download.com user reviews you linked to Andavari stated it was now Norton AS
Yahoo uses symantec products. If you download something from email, it will say, scanned using NOrtON anti-virus.
