WTH. I have TWO subscriptions, and I cannot get the Pro Plus to work. I've been waiting two months to hear from SOMEONE

Yes, that is the way that it works, you download Free then register/activate it as Professional.

I am appalled at CleverBridge subscription support. I waited twice now for Chat, was told 20-30 min. After an hour, both times, I gave up. I’m trying to cancel a double-charge that they did to me. They say there are buttons within the app itself to cancel. No buttons on my screen have ever shown up. After many hours trying to connect with someone I’m about to give up. I intend to report this as a mischarge to my VISA card people.

I understand this is a common complaint, but I can’t find any answers that work. Anyone else figure this out?
