Wrong renewal date on 2 year subscription

Hello! I purchased a 2-year subscription to “CCleaner Premium, 2-year subscription to CCleaner Professional for 5 devices” on 2026-Feb-17 (Cleverbridge). But it says my next renewal date is 3-19-2027. This is incorrect.

The purchase email with my activation code clearly says “2-year subscription.”

This is identical to the problem a user named Eric had last year.

How can I get this error in my account fixed?
