Wrong program name in eror messasge

Hi

when I am changing any Firefox-"Autostart"-settings while Forefox ist opened, the error message says that Google Crome needs to be closed for saving the changes.

Sorry for german screenshot but I didn't wanted to change setting.

Does Google Chrome show in your Windows Taskmanager when this happens ?

Does this happen for all Firefox items or just specific? Also, is this also an issue when switching to English language?
