take a look at the screenshot below pls. i have 8gb of dedicated gpu ram but Speccy shows 4gb Speccy lists my gpu memory amount wrong.
i'm confused. what do?

and as you have discovered, unless more detail is required, they almost never respond to posts.
look at it from a glass half full perspective - you asked no questions, gave all the info to describe the issue, included nice screen shots and have currently had 28 views.
job done I'd say.
but maybe a Mod can move it from the Discussion thread to the Bugs one.
I'm also having that issue. Got a GTX 1080 with 8GB VRAM, Speccy only reports 4GB.
