Wont install with my version of windows

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

My setup file is ccsetuo409.exe and it wont install on my new computer with win 10 home, version 1703, build 15063.447.

Already tried suggestions from here and don't work.

Any help appreciated.
