After analyzing I get 24.04KB to be removed, but when I run the cleaner it says 0 bytes removed. This has been going on for about a month. It picks up plenty of other stuff and removes all but this. Can you tell us what the items are. My guess would be that your account does not have full privileges to delete those objects, or that the objects are still in use, but I will not be able to confirm this until you let us know the files that are not being deleted.

There is too much info in there to reproduce, so take a look and see if any of it applies to you. It appears to be part of Backweb, whatever that is, and uninstalling BW gets rid of it.

BackWeb can make all the claims they want, and even though they're not considered adware/spyware in the traditional sense I still don't trust having that on a system. A thorough search of the disk and registry with something like RegSeeker using its search/find function can reveal where that crap is hiding.
In the past with a former camera software I used I had totally remade the setup file to exclude the BackWeb crap - that's how much I didn't and still don't trust it.
