wondering about the cleaner and how it's used

hi i'm just wondering about the cleaner and how it's used . i want to try it out to see what it does but im not sure about it ? will it delete all my files,systems,and such?? im new at using this kinda of thing and really dont want to lose my entire computer ,because i deleted the wrong thing or what ever it does .. can you tell me or help me with some ideas?
