Wipes out all my 2007 office Docs.

I installed this a couple of days ago. When I went to office exel or word 2007 all my docs. were gone. I could find them under "user file" and they would come up one by one, but what happens next time? will they all be gone again. Also, if I click on "new" to get a clean sheet, it just gives me all my templates.
