I check on the progress after 30 minutes of "wipe free space", and the option window is saying "are you sure you want to stop the program" or something like that. If I wait 2 hours it will have turned itself off. Help me please. Thanks.
You haven't really given much info here for us to offer any advice.
What operating system are you using?
What did you exactly try to do ?
If you are getting really desperate, turn it off and do a restart of machine.
