Wipe Free Space question

Hello i activate the option wipe free space but when was at 38% i cancelled it because i readed this option delete the lost partitions, is that true? cause i need recovery some files and folders that was in the partition before this partition i am using actually and i wanna use Acronis to recovery it , so i made a mistake or i can still use acronis to recovery it ? :( please!! cause i was files that i not have anymore and i need recovery those files.

Wipe Free Space in 'Options > Settings' doesn't have the destructive functionality described. I think you instead went into 'Tools > Drive Wiper' and selected Wipe 'Entire Drive (All data will be erased)'.

so Wipe Free Space dont delete lost partition files and folders? and i can still recover it?

i need recover lost partition files from my last partition ( no actual partition ) and i accidentally when i was clean my pc with CCleaner i clicked in Wiped Free Space.. but when was at 38% i cancelled it.. i readed before that is a dangerous option.. i am worried about my lost partition files.. i can still recover it or was lost forever? :( cause i had important things and the last person that repaired my computer dont make a backup from my files and tell me i need recover it manually using Recuva.or Acronis. i am really worried guys, i dont wanna lose those files.. please help me, thank you! and sorry for asking again cause i am really worried i was using CCleaner for long time and i dont wanna do a mistake. is the first time i use this option.. also i was looking in Tools -> Drive Wiper and was checked my C:/ disk and " Free Space Only " and Security Simple Overwrite ( 1 pass )

i personally dont use this function of ccleaner or defraggler so i cant report from the practical or really help.

if you have important files on your hd so secure your files before this action ;)

yes, this should be work only for free space on your hd.
