I am using defraggler with XP.Prof and Vista Home Premium. With XP.prof it defragment all files but in Vista it leaves a bunch of files fragmented.
Any suggestion please?
Thanks

Can you describe specifically what files are not being defragmented? What are the names of the files? How many fragments are they in? What is the size of the files?
Are they system volume information files?

Unfortunately I am still XP user. My wife started using Vista Home Premium. The only thing I know that at the end of defragmenting it tels me that 17% still fragmented and I can see the little red blocks.

There are three small tabs below the blocks you mentioned. These are labeled "Drive %:" (where % is the name of your drive, in this case most likely C), "File list" and "Search". After you have defragged your drive, click on the "File list" tab. What files are listed? How big are they? How many fragments are they in?
