Windows shaking within CCleaner program

After many years using the free version of CCleaner, I have recently upgraded to the paid version of CCleaner 7.3.1120.0. When I use the program, any active window shows a severe shake making further use of the program impossible.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the program but the problem remains. I have now used the support tool which gives me the file ID =YU003.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update to today’s 7.4 and see if that helps. I have to say, I don’t exactly know what you mean window shakes.
The support key you gave could be helpful so I’ll tag @Laurence_CCleaner to look at it.
If you haven’t yet, you should probably hit the support chat. If the AI isn’t helpful make sure to ask it (a few times) for a real person

Hi There.

My problem with CCleaner continues. I updated to version 4.7 with no change. I then had an online chat with, I believe, Depak, who was very helpful but was unable to solve the active windows shaking only in CCleaner. This was despite my permitting him to remotely operate my computer. He could see the video I had taken of the malfunction, but which as a new member of the community I was not permitted to upload to the community. He decided that it would need to be investigated at a higher level and I would be contacted at a later date. This has not yet happened.

The shaking I mention appears to be an extremely rapid alternating between two different pages on the same window. It only occurs with CCleaner. My Windows 11 computer otherwise operates normally.

Hi @johninnes,
I was able to find the video you shared in your support request and have raised this with the development team.
Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

Thanks for these log files @johninnes I have passed them to the team investigating this and I will message you back when I have an update.

Hi @johninnes,
When you experience this issue, please do the following:

  1. Open Task Manager.

  2. Locate any CCleaner processes (both the CCleaner application and CCleaner service).

  3. Right‑click each one and select End task.

  4. Relaunch CCleaner.

Please let me know if CCleaner opens correctly after trying these steps.
