While performing a registry scan, after it reached 10% completion, an error message popped up stating "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c75b6bf7c". Clicking "try again" caused the same error to immediately pop up, but clicking "Continue" allowed the scan to finish out without further problems. The same error occurred on subsequent scans, and on further inspection, appears to always occur immediately after the key "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\{80b8c23c-16e0-4cd8-bbc3-cecec9a78b79}" is detected (CCleaner cannot remove the key). Is this a bug, a problem on my end, or what? Should I worry, or is there something I can do to address it at my end?
A bit of info on that key here

Interesting... Unfortunately, I don't know how to track down which programs use what registry keys, so I couldn't have done that before (and I never had the slightest inkling Avira might be the problem). What's even more interesting, though, is that CCleaner detected the key without error and appeared to successfully remove it (didn't rescan, so not sure) after I upgraded CCleaner to version 2.23.999 (the latest version).
