Windows Log files not cleaned

I am using the free version of CCleaner (V5.23.5808) with Windows 10 Pro x64.

Running the cleaner still leaves 2 files of Windows Log Files. Is this normal, or can I safely remove these files somehow?

I have the same problem are using the old version V22.57.24 and it works

I have v5.23.5808 64 bit Pro Edition with Windows 8.1 and I'm having the same problem. Two web cache logs are not deleting after the latest update.

These two logs are not deleting:

C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\vo1.log

C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\vo1tmp.log

I am new to this forum.......is there a way to report it to the developers if it needs fixing? Do they read these messages?

I am also experiencing the exact same issue/problem with v5.23.5808. I've reinstalled v5.22.5724 indefinitely and all is working well... Windows 7 Pro SP1 32bit

Devs are aware.

It do not help it is still running slower and are not cleaning all my files, still using V22.57.24 and it works. I am not going to use the new make an update and come with a better version!!!!!!!!!!!!
