Pressing the window key on the bottom left doesn’t do anything. I can’t open the control panel or admin cmd prompt and weird things like that . It won’t let me factory reset someone please help

What were your recovering and why? (Accidental deletion, drive crash, something else?).
Was it just files or was it your Windows system?
What Windows version are you using?
What is your computer make and model?
TBH it sounds as if you have simply lost your keyboard shortcuts, which is nothing to do with file recovery, (but could be due to an incomplete system recovery).
