I purchased CC professional the other day {licence key removed for users security} sfter the first time I ran the cleaner it told me to restart my computer and my windows will not boot up, critical system failure, Windows tried to do repairs did not work, tried to back up, try to repair, trying everything cannot get my windows to work again, Any help. It won’t let me open in Safe mode it won’t let me revert to an earlier starting date None of the Troubleshooting tools will work at all, really don’t want to reinstall windows again or buy a new computer.
You should not post your key, or any other personal details, on an open forum where everyone can see it.
Which parts of CCleaner did you run?
In particular did you run the registry cleaner?
And/or did you run the Duplicate Finder and delete everything that it found?
Both of those tools need to be used with great care.
How far into the Boot can you get?
Eg. Can you get to the Desktop?
Do you have backups of your System, or of your files?
Do you know how to reinstall Windows if that turns out to be necessary?
