About half an hour ago windows automatic update was doing its thing, and among the updates came a program called Windows cardspace.
I let everything install and found this new program listed in control panel.
I've had a bit of a look ![:blink:]()
at it' and read the help file, and was wondering If any one out there has used it or can tell me a bit more about it.
It doesn't seem to start at system start up' but I have noticed that it keeps running in the background if you launch it and then exit it.
I haven't used it, but here a few pages describing it, including a good Demonstration.
Seems to be used as a method of signing in to a site, and securely providing personal details...
