Guess Microsoft really wants them to "upgrade" to Win10 by not letting them shutdown or restart.
Pulling the plug Nukecad could have other consequences though. Strange bug nonetheless.
Looks to me as if some system process has 'decided' that you need the elevated 'net user administrator' priviledges to terminate it?
Yep pulling the plug can possibly have consequences, but sometimes it's the only option left.
- Still using Win 7 but had no problems.
- Or is this related to the latest "Preview Rollup update" that was released yesterday (february 7, 2020) ? This update carried the date "2020-01" (= january 2020) in the title. I thought support for Win 7 had ended last month (january 2020).
