Windows 7 Grey Defrag button

Probably due to Windows 7 ignorance.

Just setting up a new system, installed Piriform Defraggler. When run, the analyze button works, and upon completion reports a number of fragmented files e.g: setupapi.dev.log - 340 fragments, WER5727.tmp.hdmp - 306 fragments.

Yet the 'defrag' button is grey, and does not respond to click attempts. Suggestions?

Thanks

[edit: And yes, this account is listed as being 'administrator', and right-clicking, and selecting 'Run as' administrator appears to have no effect. 887 fragmented files.

The "Defrag" button is disabled when viewing the File List tab - if you want to defrag the drive, go back to the first tab.

If you only want to defrag the fragmented files, tick the checkbox in the top left corner of the File List tab and the "Defrag" button will become "Defrag checked" and shouldn't be grey,

I don't know whether this is by design or a bug...

It's greyed out because you haven't selected any files to be defragged i.e. ticked or highlighted.
