It’s a known issue with WebView2 Runtime being missing, corrupted, or not being up to date.

It isn’t CCleaner that is the problem here. The problem is that "WebView2 Runtime’ isn’t working properly on your machine. You may find that other things will also stop working, or stop displaying properly. You need to repair or reinstall the Webview2 Runtime on your machine and then CCleaner will be able to run again.
