Windows 10 protection history clean up

CC does not clean up protection hystory in Windows Security (Windows 10 1903).

Please, correct it.

It seems that this log is mapped in mpenginedb.db (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans) and in DetectionHistory (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service\)

DetectionHistory: Clear detected malware history

mpenginedb.db : Clear others (risk action blocked, controlled folder access)

Service has to be stopped before deleting these file.
