I am using Windows 10 Insider Preview.
That OS tells me Speccy is not supported: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10581/windows-10-app-not-work

during the Win10 upgrade from a previous OS, Windows will remove a few (what it claims to be) incompatible programs.
Speccy and CCleaner to name a few. They aren't incompatible and can simply be reinstalled after the upgrade.
