I have occasionally used TweakUI on my XP Laptop.
Never felt the need on my W7 Desktop - and I understand it does not work on Vista/W7 anyway.
Apparently WinBubble is an improved tool that works better on XP, and also Vista plus Win7.
My system is working O.K. and I lack the experience to make a meaningful evaluation,
but this may prove useful to some :-

Thanks, I'll definitely check this out when I get a chance ![:)]()
For Windows 7, I use the Ultimate Windows Tweaker. It's freeware software that has the features of TweakUI plus more.

I've been using TweakUI since July 2007, but I'll be at least giving this one a look.
Still an old downloadaholic, and still taking the pills.

Who wears fezzes? so last week. It's all about the Stetsons now.
The ability to customize drive icons shown in My Computer looks useful, before I always had to edit the registry to change them which is a pain.

There is also an elixer for it, so I am told. ![:P]()
