Hello
On Win 7, with cCleaner in the startup folder, upon startup, Win pops up the UAC every time I boot. How do I stop that? Dont want to have UAC off completely, I have it in position 2 (2nd weakest)
Thanks
Al

Take ccleaner out of the startup folder. I doesn't need to be there.
If you really want an auto clean at startup then you will have to deal with the UAC. Ccleaner needs elevated privialges to do it's job.
I have created a scheduled task and run it at LOGON after a 30sec delay
So how does one give Ccleaner elevated privileges?
Thanks
Skipuac in settings
