It's just warning against the bundled chrome/toolbar/avast antivirus. If you wish to use an installer without bundle, you can go to the builds page and download the slim. slim usually comes a week or more after the fat installer (the bundles you warning about).

I was able to download the slim build earlier today. The portable version was also there.
