A new user installs, he/she checks whats ticked right? Most people take the time check preferences.
Once changed it will always be checked/unchecked

Yes, but it should be ticked by default because every other web browser cookies checkbox is ticked by default! (how many times I have to repeat this?)

It bothers me when I think about new users to CCleaner that don't have this option marked as default and Opera being the only web browser that CCleaner presents such issue.
I'm surprised this thread has drawn on so long over one tick box! Tick the Opera cookies box and CCleaner will always remember you enabled it.

No, I already do this. Now I want everyone to have this enabled, just like ALL OTHER WEB BROWSERS HAVE THIS BOX TICKED SO WHY NOT OPERA?
