Why is this release (7) such an infuriating mess

• The little red buttons on Optimization and upgrade that never go away
• Cannot open application to “Custom Scan”
• No cleaning of applications except browsers
• Software Updater claims my network is not connected when it absolutely is!
• So many more annoyances and defects, I am going to forfeit my Pro license and, after using for several years, will never use CCleaner again. Ever!

Probably too little too late but

Are you blocking anything at firewall or hosts level? are you using a VPN which ties you into a non-approved country?

Have you put your license in there shouldn’t be an upgrade. can you take a screenshot of this upgrade?

Red dots seem to go away when you’ve carried out all possible items (either, in PO’s case, through skipping or accepting) I just ignore the dots myself because I’ll never PO or Driver update, so those will be reddotted
