Why is CCleaner support staff ignoring my refund request?

I have sent multiple refund requests as I am within the 30-day window to receive a refund. Two CCleaner staff members have emailed me with offers to upgrade or get a free six-month extension, but after I replied stating that I only want my money refunded, they never respond back.

Is this CCleaner’s method of refusing to process refunds? Ignoring customers and running out the clock until we’re outside our 30-day money back window and no longer qualify?

I have exactly the same situation. Quick to offer you options to stay but as soon as you say no they don’t respond. Really poor!

I have received my refund, either due to this thread or the fact that I submitted another refund request in which I explicitly stated that I did not want the previously offered upgrades or extensions and just wanted my refund.

I’m going to also piggyback on this one. I was charged for a 9 month subscription renewal before my renewal date and also at the full $79.99 price. I sent in support ticket #22359146. I would like to be credited back that money and my subscription cancelled.
