why does free trial not work
What happens when you try to use it?
What operating system?
Where did you download it from?
Have you use CCleaner before?
Have you ever tried the paid version at any time? It won’t work if you’ve previously had a free trial of Pro.
it just givs normal version i even tried reinstalling it
As you didn’t reply to me previously I will ask the question again:
Have you ever had a trial previously? I’m sure you can only trail the software once per email address.
i agree with bastet, if you have used the free trial in the past, you won't be able to use it again. that probably is the problem, that you have used the free trial in the past.
