Why do you not reply to emails?

I am trying to cancel CCleaner Pro because you took payment from me without any email warning and this was one month before my current subscription expires. Why dont you reply to email within the 48 hrs you claim to ???

Similar issue here: Cancellation link is not working, no reply from support.
CCleaner note: If you charge my card I will take legal action as I informed you about my cancellation.

It’s now day 6 and still no reply from customer support… I am now going to seek legal advice. How can a company get away with this???

Finally after 7 days I have received an email from customer care and a refund has been made. I do however have to wait 5 days for this to appear in my account. I will certainly let everyone know if this doesn’t happen !
