i would like to know where des recuva get the deleted files from

Make a long story short, a deleted file isn't gone, windows just tells itself that the deleted file's space is empty and available . Sooner or later that space, which windows thinks is empty, will get written into again. Then the file is pretty much gone. Forensic guys might be able to get it back, but not us ordinary mortals.

Recuva finds those files that windows has marked as deleted and gets them back. If they have been overwritten, they won't work.
