Where is the Defraggler app. ?

I just bought the CCLeaner Pro but I cant find the Defragger Pro accompanying the CCleaner. Please instruct me how to activate the Defragger announced in the ad that took me to purchase this app.

Did you purchase CCleaner Pro or CCleaner ProPlus ? (the one with defragmentation abilities)
