When you select Options -> Advanced and move the right scroll bar CCleaner glitches the scroll-bar flashes and the whole thing force closes.
What operating system are you running?
Which build number of Ccleaner?
under Options, Advanced, I don't see a right scroll bar, not even with the CC window minimised to its smallest possible.
