what is wa_3rd_party_host_64.exe in CCleaner folder?

I believe that it has something to do with the 'improved' Software Updater.

(I could be wrong though.)

Nearest I can get is

Apparently it is also in the Norton 360 Software Updater so that would make sense seeing as CCleaner and Norton are now sisters. (Or at least cousins?).
