Damn, this entire interfaces is as lousy as CC7 is!
So it updated WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
Then it was busy DOING SOMETHING – it didn’t tell me what – when I tried to do a scan.
Then, I got a screen that said DO YOUR FIRST SCAN – and a START SCAN button. And I clicked on the START SCAN button – AND NOTHING HAPPENED. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, I would click and NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN.
I tried restarting my computer twice hoping that might give CC7 a kick in the butt – BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.
So I downloaded this Assistant Program and ran that – and it gave me this: PMLIK – and said to send it to Support so they could help further – BUT IT DID =NOT= TELL ME =HOW= TO SEND THAT TO SUPPORT!
And when I looked on here to find it, there is NO WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THE COMPANY DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
AND I have multiple problem with CC7 – starting with I DID NOT want to update to this JUNK PROGRAM.
AND, YES, I AM ANGRY AT ALL THIS INCOMPETENT STUPIDITY.

I have about 8-9 tabs of CC Help pages open in my browser – AND NONE OF THEM ARE OF ANY HELP.
I won’t be renewing my subscription when it expires – I don’t want a trash app on my computer!
