First I get the Ccleaner is still busy with something else. I uninstalled 7 and downloaded 6.39 (?). It seems that is the free version. Next I get a window saying I can get the pro version for 14.95. What the hell is going on? They want me to pay more because their version 7 (which I paid for) isn’t worth squat.
If you have rolled back to v6.39 then you will need to enter your existing key again to activate it as Professional. (Options>License key).
If you already have a valid key then you do not need to get another one.

I downloaded 6.39 successfully and ran a scan with no problems. Later, I tried to do another scan but got a install window. Hit the install and 7 was installed. After a scan it was back to cleaner is still busy with something else. I am really getting tired of this. Is anything being done to correct the problems?
why would you expect install not to install. The developers, for all our complaints, have not pulled 7, so an updated would be to seven.
In 7 are you running healthcheck or custom clean?
I am running health check. What i don’t understand is why after downloading 6.39 I try to scan and get an install for 7.
You need to UNCHECK the updates boxes (Options - Updates) in 6.39 - BEFORE it gets a chance to download and install 7 which it will try to do if you don’t uncheck.
Had you followed the instructions given in the roll-back thread and disabled the automatic updating in v6.39 after reinstalling it?
