What installer does CCleaner use?

Does anyone know what installer CCleaner uses? I'm looking for something to replace the old version of Installshield Express that I'm using.

There's been speculation for years via forum posts that it uses the free NSIS, but with no confirmation from the developers to validate that.

For another free powerful install maker there's also Inno Setup.

Not sure about Piriform, but I use Inno Setup for my software titles. It's great.
