I section "Custom Clean"--->Applications after a lot of entries a star * appear.
What does that mean?
The stars represent items not in the ccleaner program. These entries are provided by a winapp2.ini file
Winapp2 is pretty comprehensive and includes cleaning rules for a lot of applications that will not even be on your computer.
You should use winapp2's 'Trim' module to remove the rules for apps that you don't actually have on your machine.
If you don't trim winapp2 to only the apps that you have installed then you have a lot of unneeded cleaning rules that will simply slow CCleaner down.
