Prolly DJpailo just now happened to open up a month-old PM is what I'm figuring happened.
You could be right Corona.
But just in case, if she hasn't made a post, I don't know which username she has, and I can't find her portal to do the banning thing.

Well then go do it to it.
I was just about to say (or type?) what Corona said (or typed?).
I decided to check on piriform and I got this same pm, i searched what the person said before i emailed it and now I know its a spammer. It wants you to email it so it can send you spam.
Sorry guys, yeah it was a month old PM so I guess it was sorted out before. I never really look at the dates.
